I believe its a TCL script. Look at eggdrops. Besides, they would be
faster to use.

Hello, does anybody have a script that scans people for socks 4 and 5 on
join, then puts them into a pad with the port?. I've seen scripts that do
this but just for proxies. Any help would be appreciated.

There are mIRC scripts that scan on join for socks 4/5. Try search on mIRC
scripts/addon websites. It isn't very difficult to write one.
