strange DCC speed problem

here's the thing.
i have a file that i let my friends grab when i'm not around by using a simple trigger;

on 1:TEXT:*!send file*:*:/dcc send $nick "C:\Fileserv\file.zip"

but when triggered it only transfers at a max of 10kbps :(
if i manually dcc the same file to someone, it uses my max upload of 30kbps

anyone know why this happens???

its not a problem of your script,
your settings dont allow to send faster than 10kbps
