notify snoop script

I was wondering if there was anyway i can script mirc to tell me who has
me on notify?

I think it can be done with a packet sniffer, but I dunno if it can be
scripted in mirc...

Nearly impossible. To use a packet sniffer, you have to stand in the way of
his packets. Other than that, unless your server ircd supports it, there is
no way.
