Is Invision "out of business?" Where can I get an upgrade?

What happened to the Invision website (invision.lebyte.com)? Is there
another official website where I can get upgrades or are the Invision
programmers "out of business?" If they are, where can I get a good "modern"
IRC script that can give me upgrades of the script as they come along?

I absolutely despise Invision. "Thank you for the +v" especially.

If you want a truly cool script, DeusEx3 is nice. I'd pay for it if it was
a pay-for script. And I'm notoriously cheap about buying anything.
